Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Please note: Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Note: To help us process the issue quickly, please provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal goods (Intimates and lingerie)

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your item is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

As with the standard return policy, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about whether your refund was approved or not. If approved, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
